I do not know one mushroom from another that is why I buy mine from a supermarket. So if anyone knows the names of these and if they are poisonous that would be useful. I know Adrian is pretty good at this so maybe he can help.
These were all found at my place of work.

love love love the 3rd down and 2nd up, the tall spendley ones. these are incredible, we have mushrooms but not like these. i wish i could visit you at work
I just recently photographed #5 while following along the Lewis and Clark trail. We we're just outside of Billings Montana along the Yellowstone River. I think I got #2 also there. Gee, if you get an ID, I would be able to include that along with my post and people would think I am smart. :)
None of these muchrooms look particularly appetizing and I'm with you on getting store-bought only.
Loved those "tall" ones...thought I'd see an elf under there!
Kevin, I can't tell what #1 is.
#2 Shaggy ink cap.........good eating.
#3 is the same but past it's prime.
I can't help with the others.
If you post them to Wild about Britain someone will know.
PS. The penultimate one is also a Shaggy Ink Cap I think. They usually fall over before the get to this state.

If I remember my undergrad mycology correctly (not a given, seeing as it was 10 yrs ago!):
#1 = maybe top end of a Tricholoma?
#2 = Coprinus cornatus or shaggy ink cap
#3 = also C. cornatus
#4 = I think, maybe an Armillaria species.
#5 = probably (very!) mature Conocybe lactea or white dunce cap
#6 = looks a lot like Hypholoma fasciculare or sulphur tuft - if so, very toxic!

They are amazing pictures! I have never thought of taking photos of mushrooms, but I'm glad you did. I really like them.
