A Remarkable young lady

Hi all, I read an article of a remarkable young lady called Alice today. She is 15 and has Cancer. Alice has made a bucket list like the film with Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson. I found her blog today and would urge that you all visit and leave a comment. http://alicepyne.blogspot.com/
Alice has received a lot of attention over here and unselfishly she has pointed out that there are many young people who have cancer and do not get such recognition. She has urged people to join the bone marrow register and the response has been great. I left a comment on her blog today and urged her to keep adding to her list, that the mind is a powerful tool and to never give up.
I ask that you all add Alice to your follow list and drop in from time to time, with our support and healing thoughts I know we can help her.
I have looked through my photos that I have posted since starting my blog as I wanted to dedicate one to Alice. It was hard to pick one but I decided on this:

Alice has a sister called Milly and she is doing the race for life this weekend and has raised over £16,000 so far thanks to donations from people who have heard about Alice's bucket list isn't that incredible.
This post is not to be seen as tragic or sad as that is not what Alice is about. It is about embracing life enjoying what time we have and making the most of it. I think Alice is trying to tell people,
"DON"T WASTE IT,"

A beautiful photo to select as a tribute to Alice. I love the soft pale color of the swan in contrast to the rich, bold blue of the water. I'll visit Alice's blog.

Beauitful image. I will drop by Alice's blog. I've recently learned of a youngster living with cancer... praying.
