Stephen is a Pro and also has a website, and looking at his images I think you will agree they are exceptional. I have asked him for some tips so will share any suggestions he makes, so that we too can can produce stunning imagery like his. Till then here is one of mine,

Now why do I think that this is early morning light as opposed to sunset? Not sure, but the composition and soft lighting are stunning. It was nice that the duck was cooperating for the shot.

i jumped over to Stephens bird shots and they are totaly awesome. he is talented. but i do want to say, your photo is beautiful and I much prefer it over just a shot of a bird. I like photos that tell a story, and this photo does that. i like the surroundings in the wildlife shots, if this were JUST the duck it would not please me as much
I really like your photo, and I agree with "Sandra" - I like photos that tell a story, although not all of mine do that either.

I have learned a lot from many different blogs and I know that my photos have improved because of it. There is always more to learn and I appreciate the time you have taken to teach us new techniques. By the way, I like your duck shot. He's quite a handsome fellow.
